Whether you're moving abroad, applying for residency, working overseas, studying internationally, or completing another foreign document requirement, your FBI Identity History Summary may need an apostille before it can be accepted overseas.
The FBI background check itself is issued by the FBI and is separate from our fingerprinting and apostille services. Government, FBI, shipping, or third-party fees are not included unless specifically stated.
$50 + $250 = $300 for our two services — the FBI background check happens in between.

Get Fingerprinted
We provide FD-258 ink fingerprinting in the Philadelphia area for customers obtaining an FBI Identity History Summary. Appointments are available at our location or at yours.
Schedule FingerprintingRequest Your FBI Background Check
You submit your fingerprints through the appropriate FBI process — either directly with the FBI or through an FBI-approved channeler — to request your Identity History Summary. We can point you to the right starting place so the step doesn't feel overwhelming.
Receive Your FBI Identity History Summary
Once the FBI completes the request, your Identity History Summary is issued to you. If the receiving country or organization requires an apostille, the document can then proceed through the appropriate federal apostille process.
We Handle Your Federal Apostille
FBI Identity History Summaries are federal documents. They do not go to Harrisburg for a Pennsylvania apostille. We handle the appropriate federal apostille submission process for eligible FBI documents.

We do not issue FBI background checks and we do not perform the FBI's criminal-history search — the FBI issues the Identity History Summary.
